I, Constance Todd Smith being of sound mind and sexy body do hereby declare today a day of desires met and desires piqued. Curiosity quelled and curiosity sparked. Possibilities revealed and possibilities embarked upon. Roads less traveled unveiled and new journeys begun. Inspired action prompted and inspired action engaged. Delightful rendez-vous synchronized and recognized. Grand timing coordinated. Fabulous downloads of Genius Creativity received. Laughter ignited, Appreciation flowing, Love growing, Delight unfolding, Expansion expanding, Solutions abounding, Manifestations manifesting, and Fun reigning supreme. 
As I lay here and Deliberately Create the day that awaits me when finally I rise from my comfy bed, I am puffed up with the knowing that like my eggs, I can have my day and all of her components served to me in any way that I choose; over easy, a la Mexicana, hard boiled, scrambled, soft boiled, in 3 min, sunny side up, in a soufflé, poached, deviled, as an omelette or frittata, shirred, and/or baked to perfection. 
Don’t leave the Creation and Unfolding of your day, Your Life, to chance Creator. Take the reigns and the time to begin each new day by designing it to your wants, desires, and passions. I mean really do you go to your favorite breakfast joint, sit down and when the waiter approaches and asks, “What’ll it be?” Do you reply, “Oh I don’t care. Bring me anything. I don’t have any preferences. It’s all too much trouble to figure it out, just pick for me.” And then when they bring you a tray filled with an array of food, none of which pleases you, you get miffed and ask, ” How the hell did this happen?” Haha! 
So isn’t now as good a time as any to get crackin’ Creator? Yup, that’s what I thought…😎~*


I’m on fire to share this Gem of a Quote with you Creator! Abraham is proffering a Newest of New, Leading-Edge, Top Tier Process for living a fuller life. And what is my definition of a fuller life? Oh that’s easy to answer and it also happens to be my #1 Daily Goal/Mantra – To Be The Best, The Baddest Ass, The Most Consistent, Fucking Allower On The Planet!!! Haha! 

In other words to shed resistance wherever I can and open to the Genius of My Inner Being. ‘Cause when I Allow her take the lead, our dance is always divine, sublime, new, clarifying, edifying, exhilarating, uplifting, and filled with numerous Ah-Ha moments!  And I ask you, what’s not to love about that?

So without further ado, I give you the Genius that is Abraham…

-Every time you are considering doing something , stop and say, “I want to feel good, how does this fit in with that?” 
-Every time you are thinking about calling someone, say, “I want to feel good, how does this fit in with that?” 
-Every time you are thinking about something, ask yourself, “I want to feel good, how does this fit in with that?” 
-Every time you are thinking about saying something, stop for a moment and ask yourself, “I want to feel good. How will these words affect my feeling of feeling good?” 

And what you will discover is there are many things that you are moving forward in out of habit that are not in harmony with your wanting to feel good, and that is what is causing negative attraction. It’s not because you’re bad, it’s not because you’re stupid, it’s not because you don’t know better, it’s because you’re thinking thoughts that don’t harmonize with what makes you feel good. It is as simple as that.

It’s a big issue feeling good, isn’t it? Do you know that there are a whole bunch of people around who don’t think it is alright to feel good? They’ve been convinced that feeling good is frivolous, childlike and that you should grow up. “Grow up and feel bad,” they say. “Grow up, feel bad, face the facts, look at reality and then you die.”

Creator as we are smack dab in this, the first day of the new year of 2017, I thought you would enjoy this New Year’s Resolution Process, Abraham Style.

It’s worth noting that affirmations and resolutions are a great way to focus your energy; however, the chances of your follow through are only as powerful as your Alignment. In other words, if your energy is not fully lined up with your words and intentions, the likelihood of you succeeding is remote. That’s why New Year ‘s Resolutions fail more often than not and leave us feeling like we lack resolve and backbone. But that’s not it at all! You just haven’t been shown the proper way to Align Your Energy and Make Those Resolutions Energetically Align and Stick!

So Dear Delicious Human, grab a pen and a piece of paper and start writing down those dreams. Through this process, you will begin to Own The Knowing and Fully Feel that every one of them is only a Focused, Aligned Moment Away! After all, You Are Creator and now is as good a time as any to begin Creating like The God you are…~*

“ABRAHAM ON NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS:

ESTHER: Abraham, How do you feel about New Year’s Resolutions? And how would you approach a New Year’s Resolution if you were in our physical shoes.

ABRAHAM: They are a wonderful idea. They fall into the same category as Segment Intending or Positive Expectations or Deliberate Creation. Most New Year’s Resolutions, like any new decisions, are made from a rather clear awareness of what you do not want or of what has not gone well, and so, in order to set your New Year’s Resolutions into motion with enough momentum to keep them going, it is necessary to spend some time lining up your energy with your new decision. Many people make resolutions, and often by the first or second day of the new year they have gone back to their old habits, and then they feel discouraged. Every day provides a wonderful opportunity to set forth your clear intentions. You do not have to wait for a new calendar year.

Find a comfortable place where you will not be interrupted by. Write at the top of your notebook page:

My Dominant Intentions

Then write four sub-headings:

1. My Current Intentions Regarding My Body

2. My Relationships

3. My Home

4. My Work

Then, write a general description of how you want to feel and be, regarding each of the four categories. Be general and easy. Let these words come easily from you.

Now, go back to the first category, focus on the topic, and sit back, relax, and daydream about this. Imagine your body looking just as you would like it to look. See it in your mind’s eye. Try to imagine how that beautiful body would feel. Move it, in your imagination. Take it for a walk, dress it in something that pleases you. Appreciate its stamina and flexibility and clarity. Spend as much time daydreaming about this wonderful physical vehicle as you can. Stay in your vision until you feel refreshed, and continue to be there as long as you can.

Now, go to the second category, and do the same thing. Bring an image of the most significant person in your life experience and see that person with you. Feel appreciation for that person. Mentally speak your appreciation. Imagine that person loving you back. Praising you, and complimenting you. Feel your mutual appreciation and admiration. Stay within the vision until you feel refreshed.

Now, go to the third category, and feel appreciation for your home. Make mental pictures of your home as you want it to be. See it orderly, if you desire that, and beautifully furnished, if you desire that. In an easy and carefree manner, imagine it however you would like it to be. Take pleasure from your vision and stay there until you feel refreshed.

Now, go to the fourth page, and gather a mental picture of your work. Feel appreciation for the excuse it gives you to flow energy toward something. Acknowledge how expansive it is, and feel appreciation for its ever changing nature. See yourself expanding and thriving. Stay there until you are refreshed.

There is no right or wrong way to approach this. The thing that is important is that you choose areas of your life that matter most and that you conjure positive images that thrill you. And as you do that, you have not only resolved, in your own mind, how your New Year will be, but you have notified everyone and everything in the entire Universe and you have solicited their assistance in achieving your intentions. And from that moment forward – the entire Universe will conspire to assist you.”

every morning upon awakening... Salvador DaliI just adore this quote, it’s so self-centric; unabashedly full of self-worth and knowing; so bloody “I’m the frickin’ bomb!” kinda energy. It says, I’m so badd-ass-badd that my actions, my visions, my passions and downloads take even my breath away! Now THIS is Pre-Paving at its finest Creator.

I double darn dare you to replace Dali’s name with yours and repeat after him, with fervor. (I’ve also taken the liberty of adding my own twist at the end.)

Every morning upon awakening, I experience a supreme pleasure; that of being ______________, and I ask myself, wonderstruck, what prodigious thing will she/he do today, this Genius Creator, _______________…😎~*

It take 2.4 seconds to go from...

This used to be me, B.A., Before Abraham. I thought it was due to the fact that I’m Irish and could turn any serene moment into a Fourth of July flare up. Or that I grew up in Manhattan, the Mecca of Reactionism. But then I met Abraham and they taught me that it’s none of the above. That’s just the bullshit blah blah I told myself, which completely took any responsibility for my actions off of me and laid it squarely on my DNA, and the Lat/Long of my upbringing.

When I attracted The Teachings of Abraham into my life, they grabbed me by the gut and heart, in a nice way lol. They showed me that habits aren’t chronic; rather, they’re as ephemeral as we choose to make them.

Well, that’s a relief, but how do I retire my pugilistic tendencies for a calmer life of equanimity and ease?

Abe’s go-to answer refers to the subject of Deliberate Creation, and the B-Side to that which is, Sloppy Focusing. Hmmmm. So what’s the difference?

Deliberate Creation is just what it sounds like it is, Deliberately Creating and Focusing on what makes you feel good. Sloppy Focusing is when you allow all your thoughts to flow unchecked; the good, the bad, and the ugly. And since most of us have been sloppy focusers all our lives, those crappy thoughts have built up quite a head o’ steam (momentum) and soon very soon, no matter how great we felt at one point during the day, they take hold of us and wrestle us to the ground.

So how does one become a Supreme Deliberate Creator?

It’s as easy as inculcating a new habit into your daily routine. The morning routine Abe espouses, and this is also Esther’s daily routine, is to take the time each morning to firmly establish the foundation of your day by Appreciating Immediately Upon Awakening. Then, before you open your email or start a spate of conversations with anyone about anything, MEDITATE for 15 minutes. Thus stretching out the re-calibration time that you amassed while sleeping. After which, when you’re in that lovely, post meditation bliss, grab a fave notebook and pen and begin Writing Lists of Positive Aspects, Lists of Appreciation, Create Focus Wheels, Write The Story of Your Life as you’d like it to play out, Create the day you’d like to unfold before you. etc. In other words, do whatever you can to give depth and breadth to that glorious, In-da-Vortex Feeling…🌀

My reaction time, B.A., used to be so fast that I’d lament, “How the hell can I not react, or stop mid-reaction, when I don’t even know I’m reacting until it’s all done?” Haha!

But Now, with my new Happy Habit of Deliberately Creating like The Badd Ass Human I’ve come to be, I can feel myself start to turn to the dark side, so I can easily and gingerly pivot toward the light and fluffy side of the street. No harm, no foul! Just straight up Edifying, Electrifying, Emancipating, Exhilarating, Clarifying, Deliberate Creating!!

That’s my story and I’m sticking to it Creator. And I know you’ve heard these words before, but I really, really mean it, “If I can do it, anyone can!!”

Change only happens when you commit to it. And isn’t a life of freedom, good feelings, and fabulous manifestations worth a half hour a day? I’m thinking, that’s short front end loading to achieve the life of your dreams. You with me…😎~*

Don't be upset by the results you didn't get

We have a saying in Alcoholics Anonymous that I believe dovetails beautifully with The Teachings of Abraham, and it is…

“IT WORKS IF YOU WORK IT!”

Now the word Work can be seen as the pejorative, but in Abe Land, our Work is to have fun, relax, be present, cease worrying; stop talking, reading, and writing negative blah-blah, and do what makes us feel good. Not exactly society’s definition, which calls to mind slogging it out, drudgery, ungrateful bosses, clients and the like.

So here’s my thought for today Creator, Abraham tells us constantly and consistently that our Work is to do what I have mentioned above, but there is more. What we are all itching to Achieve are the 2 A’s: Alignment and Allowing. And what are the quickest paths to this personal success? I’m so glad you asked, here goes…

1. A DAILY MEDITATION PRACTICE. Preferably in the morning upon awakening to tee you up for the day ahead. Only 15 minutes and you’ve elevated and kept your Vibration smack dab in The Vortex.

2. DEEP BREATHING. Bathe your body in prana, life force energy, whenever you think about it. I LOVE the Abe Meditations as they cue you to breathe throughout their 15 minute meditation.

3. PRE-PAVE LIKE A MUTHA! This is your Life’s Outline, your Script of the day ahead, the next segment of your day, and/or your life! It’s great to do this after your meditation to set the tone for the day ahead. While driving, or whenever you think about it.

4. WRITE LISTS OF APPRECIATION!!! Appreciation is Love! And what’s Love? Only THE MOST POWERFUL FORCE IN THE UNIVERSE HOMIE!! Use it to your advantage, early and often.

5. DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER! Abe assures us that our bodies will assimilate to this extra amount of liquid. Meaning you won’t spend your life in the potty, and this I can attest too!

5. COMMIT TO BEING HAPPY DAILY, from the moment you open your eyes and for as long as possible. This gets easier with practice as you take your happy ju-ju forward, deeper into your day, with each day that you practice.

So, what’s the upshot? Well, platitudes are great. Reading uplifting statements and quotes are fun and feel good. And listening to Abe’s workshops are informative, but what we’re looking for, if we want to feel good mostly and manifest like a G, is Staying Power. We want to be in The Vortex more than Out! We want to prolong our juicy feelings and take charge of our lives, rather than live by reacting and a roll of the dice.

I know I write about these steps to Alignment and Allowing a lot, and that’s because it Works!! My life is a testament to following Abe’s Loving Guidance and my wish is that we all achieve this level of personal success, joy and unlimited satisfaction.

So my darlings, if you want a life that will blow your mind, just remember, “IT WORKS IF YOU WORK IT!” Now get to Work and Start Creating like The God You Are…😎~*
