Greetings Creator! Yesterday I heard a clip from the Cancun Land Cruise that caused me to stop and take pause. In my world, this means that my Posse of Dead Geniuses are whispering in my ear, “Listen up gurl, this ones for you!” Here’s the gist…

There were two hot seaters back to back, the first a fellow with chronic back pain, although his life was cherry in every other way. And the second man experiencing what he referred to as being “blindsided” by funky experiences/people when all else in his life is going really well.

Abe’s answer to both of these men was the same, the upshot…

We seem to think, us fabulous humans, that it’s the big stuff that gives us pain or hurtles us out of da V and across galaxies, but it’s not! It’s actually the small stuff; Our Thoughts, our Consistent Negative Thoughts, that we unconsciously entertain all throughout the day! By continuously defaulting to this negative place, these low hanging vibes have built up a head o’ steam/momentum, which then ATTRACTS TO US, negative manifestations, people, and events into our experience.

Here’s the question Abe wants us to consistently ask ourselves…

CREATOR, WHAT ARE YOU BROADCASTING?

We know that as Energetic Being’s we are Transmitters and Receivers of Energy, right? And we Know that The Universe – The Law of Attraction/LOA – responds to our Now Vibration (spoken or not), right? So we can logically conclude, that even if we are star pupils of a daily meditation practice, appreciating, list of positive aspects, etc., that entertaining any negative thoughts, will unfavorably impact our lives, manifesting in a variety of unsavory ways, right?

So here’s the easy breezy answer! Vigilance my darlings, that’s it! That’s all it takes! Become Aware of those thoughts, and pivot like the G you are before they gather any momentum (before 17 seconds). I love synonyms, so allow me to share a few that are pertinent here:

BE Attentive, alert, on the look out, on your energetic toes, sharp, on it, observant, keep your energetic eyes peeled, notice how you feel, check in, self-regulate, emotionally inquire…

In other words Creator, be your own Energetic GateKeeper! It’s up to you to become hyper-aware and notice the moment you become negative in thought, word, or deed! Nothing just happens; We Students and Teachers of The Teachings of Abraham, Know This to be Truth (as unpalatable as this might seem to us at times, admitting we ATTRACTED this moment or sequence of moments, through our sloppy focus and thinking!). Again, THE ENERGY THAT YOU BROADCAST, either consciously or unconsciously, CALLS TO YOU/ ATTRACTS THE NEGATIVE ENERGY THAT BECOMES YOUR PURVIEW! In other words, It’s Always An Inside Job! It is Law!

I’ve been enjoying a life of synchronicity this past two months surrounding an inspired move that I am undertaking from Danville, California to Rosarito, Baja, Mexico, that can only be described as superfluous, exceptional, without par! So what the hell have I been doing that threw me down, down, down, into the dark passages and Circles of Dante’s Inferno? Well, let me tell you, cause that’s how I do it, full fucking transparency, I became emotionally intrigued and involved with Politics!! Oh Gods, it’s almost embarrassing to admit, even to My Tribe.

7 years ago I tuned out, on advice from a fellow Aber, and have never been happier not knowing what the hell was going on. But then Bernie Sanders came around. And me? I’m a Manhattan girl and he’s a sweet, honest, thoughtful, engaged Jewish man from Brooklyn. And well, I got hope!! And along with that hope I got a ton of other shit, like negativity and hate mongering the likes of which, I don’t remember ever having heard/ felt before.

Clearly, I’m not evolved enough to separate the wheat from the chaff! LOL. I thought I could dip my toe in there for a little while and just bask in Bernie’s message, which appeals to me a lot, and leave the rest on the side of the road, where it belonged. But lo and behold, I’m human and I became transfixed like a moth to a flame!

So hear me now fellow Aber’s as I proclaim that from this moment forward, now and forever more, I will never, never, never ever, never fucking ever, ever never, become engaged in politics or news events again! I am dusting off my rose-colored glasses, and fully embracing my PollyAnna approach to this life, my see no evil, hear no evil, feel no evil stance in this world! I stand with my legs astride and my arms open wide, high atop Mount Olympus with my fellow Gods and Goddesses as I chant our Mantra, All is Well, All is Well, All Is Always, Eternally Well!

I can’t change anything when I’m slogging it out down in the trenches. If I want to be happy and highflying and wish this state of Well-Being For All Being’s on this planet, and I do, then my work is to stay a loft, to stay floating downstream while entertaining only those thoughts which are pleasant and uplifting.

Wow! I feel better already. So yeah this might be a long post, but who else can I be this honest with, if not you, my Comrades of Knowing? My Appreciation for the contrast I have recently enjoyed (and I don’t use that word lightly), knows no bounds. Because once again, I have taken a Bounce that has landed me firmly, lovingly, and without hesitation, in the driver seat of my own luscious life!
