Our Master Teachers Abraham consistently remind us of the “too numerous to count” benefits of Meditation. Their recommendation is to begin each day with a 15 minute practice. I use their meditations (Abraham-Hicks Meditations) because they work even when I am in the midst of unwanted momentum. Through consistent breathing, I can find solace in the silence. Nothing in this 15 minute presentation is random; Abraham’s words have been lovingly and purposefully picked based on their vibration. Esther’s voice reminds us to breathe – 3 counts on the inhale, 5 counts on the exhale. And then there’s the music which syncs beautifully with our breathing.
I committed to a daily practice over a year ago and I can’t begin to list the efficacious effects of this simple, free, easy breezy trip up into my Broader Aspect! Now my daily meeting with ME is something I really look forward too!
